eToolery started because we kept Googling the same things over and over — and landing on sites that made us watch an ad, create an account, or download something just to convert a unit or generate a QR code. So we built our own.
eToolery is built and maintained by TCP Digital Holdings LLC, a small digital company based in Detroit, Michigan. We launched in 2026 with a simple idea: the internet needs more tools that just work — no paywalls, no signups, no bloat.
We're a small team that builds things we actually use ourselves. Every tool on this site was built because someone on our team needed it and couldn't find a free version that wasn't buried under dark patterns and pop-ups. The Hijri calendar calculator? Built because we wanted one that wasn't a broken Java applet from 2009. The bra fit calculator on SheToolery? Built because the information is genuinely hard to find and even harder to apply without a tool.
We're not a venture-backed startup or a content farm. We're a small LLC trying to build useful things and keep the lights on through advertising. That's it.
The web has a problem: useful tools keep getting acquired, paywalled, or shut down. We've watched calculators we relied on disappear, unit converters get bought and ruined, and simple text tools start charging $9 a month. We think that's wrong.
Our goal is to keep every tool on eToolery free, browser-based, and private. Nothing you type into our tools is sent to a server unless the tool explicitly says otherwise (like the QR code generator, which uses a public API). Your financial calculations, your health data, your passwords — none of it leaves your browser.
SheToolery is our dedicated section for tools built specifically for women — bra fit calculators, cycle trackers, pregnancy guides, and body measurement tools. These tools exist because women's health and body data is dramatically underrepresented in the free tool space. Most calculators assume a default that isn't female. We're fixing that one tool at a time.
PDF Toolery is our free PDF tool suite. We built it because most PDF tools upload your files to their servers — and that's a real privacy concern when you're working with lease agreements, medical forms, tax documents, or HR paperwork. PDF Toolery processes everything in your browser. Your files never leave your device.
